Ian is the founder and owner of Safe Harbor Septic. He loves being his own boss and providing you with exceptional service. A graduate of BYU, Ian has been in the construction and home service business for many years.
KayleneCornelius
Kaylene manages the front office and is your first point of contact with Safe Harbor Septic. She loves interacting with clients and has personality plus. Kaylene has a masters degree in Marriage and Family Studies and nothing could have prepared her better for the business role she has undertaken.
FosterCornelius
Foster is the head of our state of the art IT department. Foster has spent many months mastering the operational ins-and-outs of cutting edge programming such as Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood and Super Wings.
TimCornelius
Tim is our business consultant and plays a crucial role in every company decision. A University of Oregon graduate, Tim worked for over 30 years as a project manager for Hewlett-Packard and the Department of Defense.

Ian's Customer Service is Exceptional!
When it comes to your septic system, a day or two delay could be... disastrous. Fortunately, Ian and Safe Harbor Septic are quick to respond and equally adept at solving issues. We contacted Ian on a Tuesday afternoon, and he arrived Thursday morning.
An hour later, he'd determined the issue, gave a quick quote, and returned a few days later with all the parts he needed to replace our pump, floats... and other aspects of the system.
He made the repairs within a few hours, and then provided recommendations for other replacements we could do to further extend the longevity of our septic system (a necessity given we accumulate lots of sand).
Ian's quick quote was accurate. And his expertise in determining the best course-of-action to extend the life of our system is appreciated.
